New Furnace Element Selection
- For a new furnace, we review the chamber size, target temperature, atmosphere, heat loss, load, heating-zone arrangement, supply voltage, control system and mechanical installation. Element quantity, dimensions, resistance and circuit arrangement must be evaluated together.
Replacement Engineering
- For an operating furnace, we can review the existing drawing, element marking, furnace nameplate, old-sample photographs and electrical records. The goal is to identify a technically suitable replacement, not merely reproduce the visible shape.
- Applications associated with furnace brands such as Nabertherm, Carbolite Gero, Thermcraft, CM Furnaces, Deltech and LHT can be reviewed when complete element and furnace data are supplied. Compatibility is not universal and must be confirmed for each equipment model and installation. We are not affiliated with or authorized by these furnace manufacturers.
Maintenance And Retrofit Support
- We can assist with resistance grouping, replacement planning, preliminary power checks, installation review and investigation of abnormal resistance growth, breakage, local overheating or contamination-related failures.
- For retrofit work, changes to element type, quantity, voltage, transformer taps or control method must be reviewed as one system. Furnace safety and final electrical design remain the responsibility of qualified furnace and electrical professionals.
